Aahh... now there we go. At two years old (and three, in my opinion), the beer has reached its peak. It has a strong, candy-like nose and flavors that will knock your socks off. It tastes lightly candy-like and deliciously boozy. Nice. Not as empty in flavor and complexity as a one year old, and it has even started to impart a chocolate character. This is so good it almost tastes like a dessert. - Noss
