Cinnamon, Satsuma mandarins, and aromatic malts combine to create a comforting warmth balanced by a refreshing dryness. Naturally occurring wild yeasts and bacteria impart a sense of place to this unfiltered, unpasteurized, and 100% bottle conditioned beer.
