Club & Brewer Notes:
Our award-winning Belgian-style quad, is not a beer to be taken lightly, especially after it has been aged in Cabernet red wine barrels for over a year. You’ll notice the unique flavors of our traditional Belgian-style quad: a surge of complex, fruity aromatics, dark fruits, and a slightly spicy finish. The Cabernet barrels add even more character with a hint of vanilla, some notes of caramel and toast, with the fruity acidity of a great red wine. It’s a very rare treat that we hope you enjoy. Malts: Pale, Caramunich, Honey, Special Yeast: Belgian Ale Other: Dark Belgian Candi Sugar
