I'm Dreaming Of A Hazy Christmas is an American Double IPA brewed with Citra and Amarillo hops along with a hot stand on Chrysanthemum flowers. Recalling a favorite tea of ours, we also included a solid dose of honey malt and wildflower honey to accentuate the floral and sweet notes of Chrysanthemum. Pouring a hazy orange color in the glass, it carries notes of honeyed orange, unfiltered honey, and zesty grapefruit. It is a genuinely novel flavor profile that is sure to delight your senses! This is a thoughtful beer that is carefully constructed to be a balanced and interesting representation of the ingredients it contains.
