Now that the cold, hard winter is upon us (OK maybe, not in South Texas) it is time to come in from the cold and warm your bones by the fire with a good, strong beer. Only problem is this is a government building and we can't even have space heaters, so scratch that. Christine will be dancing on the tables instead.

This month's RSI Beer Club theme will be Barely Wine. Barely Wines are a strong, top-fermenting ales that usually have alcohol contents of at least 9% to 13%. Due to this month's stronger style we will be limiting our samples to six selections. If you're interested in shopping for beer this month, here are a few examples of what you might be able to find.
