Upland Brewing Company

Upland Wheat Ale

Belgian White | 4.5% ABV | 15 IBU
Offered By: CHEETO
Club/Brewer Notes:
Upland Wheat Ale is a classic rendition of the Belgian Witbier (white beer) style. We brew it with organic coriander, chamomile, and orange peel to be light on the tongue and refreshingly tart. In the tradition of the Belgian Wit style, Upland Wheat Ale is unfiltered, allowing suspended yeast to create a cloudy, golden appearance and satisfying mouth-feel. Upland Wheat Ale is the flagship beer of our brewery and the best-selling beer brewed in Indiana.

Member Notes:
"Lite and refreshing could be a good summer beer" - fatboy

Boston Beer Company

Double Agent IPL

Strong Pale Lager/Imperial Pils | 5% ABV | 43 IBU
Offered By: SANTA
Club/Brewer Notes:
Brewing innovation is about asking "what if?". What if we gave an IPA a new identity and used some of our favorite West Coast hops, with their grapefruit, piney, & tropical fruit character, in a lager? The result is this boldly hoppy & and flavorful brew with the crisp smoothness of a lager. Cheers!

86

O’Fallon Brewery

O’Fallon 5-Day IPA

India Pale Ale | 6.1% ABV | 66 IBU
Offered By: CHEETO
Club/Brewer Notes:
We dry-hop this American Style India Pale Ale with seven grains and four domestic hop varieties by adding dry whole hops to the finishing tank so the beer rests "on top" of the hops for five extra days! Malty sweetness up front with big cascade and glacier hops in the finish -- a wonderfully drinkable IPA!

86

Goose Island Beer Company

Christmas Ale

American-Style Brown Ale | 6.2% ABV | Unknown IBU
Offered By: NOSS
Club/Brewer Notes:
Specialty Belgian malts create a deep garnet color and a truly rich old European flavor in our classic Christmas Ale. And the generous amount of crystal hops adds that extra spicy aroma to your pint, perfect for a wintry night. Our Christmas Ale brings good tidings and joy to each Holiday Season. A two-time Gold Medal Winner in the World Beer Championships.

Saint Louis Brewery

Schlafly Tasmanian IPA

India Pale Ale | 7.2% ABV | 60 IBU
Offered By: FATBOY
Club/Brewer Notes:
Tasmanian IPA is brewed with 100% Australian hops. The Tasmanian hop, Galaxy, is a strong, aromatic variety that is different from traditional strains of the Pacific Northwest. Our brewers developed a recipe that showcases the hop's unique flavors of citrus and pineapple.

90

Figueroa Mountain Brewing

Hurricane Deck Double IPA

Imperial or Double India Pale Ale (IPA) | 8% ABV | 82 IBU
Offered By: WESTEXANS
Club/Brewer Notes:
Hurricane Deck DIPA is designed with hopheads in mind. We blend four hops – Columbus, Centennial, Chinook and Cascade – to recreate the ruggedness and intensity of the Trail. The elevated alcohol content and skillful use of specialty malts emphasize the clean, crisp, complicated hop character. Tasting Notes Brewed with three and a half pounds of hops per barrel, this massive IPA is loaded with woodsy, herbal and pine-like hop flavor and aroma

88

Southern Tier Brewing Company

Creme Brulee Stout

American-Style Imperial Stout | 9.6% ABV | Unknown IBU
Offered By: NOSS
Club/Brewer Notes:
We are not the harbingers of truth as some may suggest but it may indeed be argued that our brewing philosophy is tantamount to a dessert with a bellicose past. How, you may ask, would a brewery determine a likeness to hard-coated custard? Our response is simple; it's all in the power of history, and of course, the extra finesse needed to top off a contentious treat with definition. By comprehending the labyrinthine movement of time, one would not think it strange to trace the errant path of an ordinary object such as a cream dessert only to discover that it has been the cause of cultural disputes since the middle ages. The British founders of burnt cream and from Spain, crema catalana, both stand by their creative originality and we respect that, but it was the French Crème Brûlée, amid the strife of contention, that survived to represent our deliciously creamy brew.

91

Saint Louis Brewery

Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout

American-Style Imperial Stout | 10.5% ABV | 40 IBU
Offered By: FATBOY
Club/Brewer Notes:
Our Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout is brewed with a big malt flavor, plenty of hop bitterness for balance and roasted barley that imparts notes of dark chocolate. As a finishing touch, the beer is transferred to freshly-emptied Kentucky bourbon barrels and aged before being carbonated and bottled. The barrel aging gives the beer a spicy, vanilla character and a pleasant, warming finish. In the 18th Century, Imperial Stout was first brewed in London for export to the court of Catherine II of Russia. The beer had to be robust enough to maintain during transport.

87

Boston Beer Company

Tetravis

Abt/Quadrupel | 10.5% ABV | Unknown IBU
Offered By: SANTA
Club/Brewer Notes:
Its deep complexity begins with a molasses sweetness with notes of dark fruits like raisin and fig and develop further with an undercurrent of tart spice from its distinctive Belgian yeast for a truly transfixing brew.

90

Karbach Brewing Company

No. 005 Bourbon Barrel Hellfighter

American-Style Imperial Porter | 11% ABV | Unknown IBU
Offered By: MOJO
89

Boulevard Brewing Company

Bourbon Barrel Quad

Belgian-Style Quadrupel | 11.8% ABV | 19 IBU
Offered By: MOJO
Club/Brewer Notes:
Based loosely on the Smokestack Series' The Sixth Glass, this abbey-style quadrupel is separated into a number of oak bourbon barrels where it ages for varying lengths of time, some for up to three years. Cherries are added to make up for the “angel's share” of beer lost during barrel aging. Selected barrels are then blended for optimum flavor. The resulting beer retains only very subtle cherry characteristics, with toffee and vanilla notes coming to the fore.
