We'll be hanging out and helping Ray brew a Russian Imperial Stout in the parking lot at the rear of Faust Hotel in New Braunfels. Bring a chair, your preferred method of hydration, and an ushanka. We'll be mashing in shortly after 9AM. Drinking may or may not start this early, but you never know...

This is John Maier's secret recipe that blends all seven hops grown in the hopyard of Rogue Farms. It is a true taste of the terroir of the Wigrich Appellation, the oldest hops growing region in Oregon. A Belgian IPA named for the old pecan groves that used to be along Lake Marble Falls. A dry, high alcohol beer, fermented with Belgian yeast to give it a spicy and fruity aroma. It was then copiously hopped with American hops to accentuate the spicy and fruity character of the yeast.
