Against the Grain BreweryThe Brown NoteAmerican-Style Brown Ale | 5% ABV | 20 IBUOffered By: KAY JAY |
so good it WILL make you shit yourself!!!! The brown ale to end all brown ales. Enjoy it, because there is no longer any reason to drink another. You’ve reached the pinnacle. A healthy blend of traditional British malts give this popular style a semi-sweet, biscuity, slightly roasted flavor. Oats thicken the mouthfeel, and a handful of specialty malts add complex chocolate, toffee, and caramel notes. The hops are mostly traditional, earthy British hops, but we cocked it up a bit with some Cascade late in the boil just to show those snooty Brits that we don’t approve of that Constitutional Monarchy crap.

Cigar City BrewingPuppy’s Breath PorterRobust Porter | 6.5% ABV | Unknown IBUOffered By: KAY JAY |
Due to their immature digestive system and their diet, the breath of a puppy can smell like coffee or chocolate. This porter is loaded with roasted malts that have the wonderful smell of chocolate and coffee. This reminds us of our loving companions as we drink and reflect

MIKKELLERBETTER HALF IPAAmerican India Pale Ale | 6.9% ABV | Unknown IBUOffered By: KAY JAY |
East Coast Style IPA. Better Half is not your average dry citrus-bomb IPA. This is a fairly dark beer--copper in color with a significant caramelly maltiness. It's a bit toasty and packed with tropical fruit and pine-like hop flavor. Seriously tasty stuff.

Cigar City BrewingTocobagaAmerican-Style Amber/Red Ale | 7.2% ABV | 75 IBUOffered By: KAY JAY |
Amber in color with notes of citrus and caramel. Citrus hop bitterness upfront with notes of caramel and an Amish bread sweetness. Citrus hop bitterness returns at the end for a long dry finish.

Sweetwater Brewing CompanyHop HashImperial or Double India Pale Ale (IPA) | 7.8% ABV | 100 IBUOffered By: KAY JAY |
We scraped all the hash out of the Yakima hop pelletizers we could get our sticky fingers on to concoct the dankest double IPA out there. The pure hop lupulin, aka “hash” (the resiny stuff), meshes seamlessly with the 2-row, pilsner and wheat malts, allowing it to deliver a pungent punch to the palate.

Cigar City BrewingWarmer Winter Winter WarmerAmerican-Style Barley Wine Ale | 12% ABV | 47 IBUOffered By: KAY JAY |

Dark amber to brown in color with notes of toffee and dried citrus in the aroma - Opens with a caramel/toffee sweetness that is cut by notes of citrus and pine bitterness with hints of rye and lingering notes of citrus, toffee and rye
