As well he won the best of show with Hefeweizen at the Colorado state fair in 2011. 2015 GABF Gold medal winner in the Southern German Hefeweizen category.

Also in the hop mix are Simcoe and CTZ, creating layers of mango, passion fruit, pine and dank. This beer goes into the barrels as a roasty dark chocolate, coffee accented mild mannered stout and comes out transformed as a milk chocolate, smooth dark cherry, vanilla and coconut infused masterpiece. We are incredibly proud of this beer and it seems as though it was always meant to be a barrel aged brew. 100% Oak Barrel Aged

Resinous, dank aromas fill the air. The sky is filled with yellowish-green clouds that look like hop cones. Everything you touch leaves your fingers sticky and now even the people around you look like hop cones. Their faces begin to ooze lupulin... You are in a state of Hop Delusion, but you knew what you signed up for when you popped this bottle. You knew that it had over 100 IBUs and was dry hopped with insane amounts of Simcoe and Mosaic hops, but you chose to drink it anyway. It’s difficult to say if you will ever snap out of it, for you have been smitten with the disorder that many can never overcome.
