Luponic No. 13 delivers a seemingly impossible array of fruit flavors derived solely through hops, without any flavoring or adjuncts. The lead hop in No. 13 comes from a three-acre experiment plot planted exclusively for Firestone Walker in Washington's Yakima Valley, creating bright flavors of piña colada, key lime, and nectarine.

Rupture was born out of our obsession with getting the most out of each and every hop. In fact, we built a machine in our brewery to incorporate a unique fresh grind process. By grinding the whole hop we “rupture” the lupulin inside – releasing the oils that give the beer its flavor. And what we grind that day we use that day. Leaving you a beer that’s fresh, aromatic, with a bright hoppy character.

G13 IPA is a strange new strain, indeed. We took the dank hop profile you’d expect from a hazy IPA, and married it with terpenes and natural hemp flavors. The result is a big yet balanced IPA that mimics the aroma and taste of a heady, green G13. G13 IPA is a sticky super-hybrid that’s ready to rip. Pungent and dank aromatics on this terpene infused IPA fill the room once the beer is opened. We went with an aggressive dry hop schedule which interlaces nicely with the unique flavors to bring forward citrus and earthy notes followed by a resinous finish.

When you brew a beer with salt and lime, its only a matter of time before you start thinking about tequila. While our Gose is fermented in stainless steel fermenters with a final addition of pureed limes and lactic acid, El Guapo sees a much different evolution of flavor. Before adding limes and lactic acid, the finished beer was racked into tequila and mezcal barrels where it would undergo secondary fermentation with lactic acid producing bacteria. The result is a soft sourness from lactobacillus, subtle oak and smoke from the mezcal and tequila, and a refreshing saltiness on the finish.

Blakkr Imperial Black Ale was born in 2014 as a collaboration between Surly, 3 Floyds, and Real Ale. Bonded by their love of brewing and love of metal, this unholy trinity of brewers gathered around a brew kettle in Blanco, TX to craft this deeply dark concoction. Subtle dark malt and toffee character quickly yields to the citrus and tropical notes provided by a staggering amount of hops. The result is a crushing, black-as-night Double IPA.All hail the mighty BLAKKR!

OZapft is – It is tapped! declares the Mayor of Munich as he breaks open the first barrel to officially open Oktoberfest. Mashed with a local barley malt along with a distinct blend of toast, biscuit and caramel malts for a beautiful deep copper color. Fermented cool in stainless with our preferred house lager yeast for a decidedly dry finish. Lagered extensively in stainless steel and then moved into freshly dumped bourbon barrels for further maturation. Boasting an intense sweet bourbon aroma that follows into the first sip, this interpretation of a Vienna lager beer is not for the weak. This offering is filled with whisky yet drinks incredibly smooth for its very high alcohol content. Imbibe cautiously and celebrate carefully. Available just in time for our Oktoberfest celebration.
