Last year we worked hand-in-hand with our good friends at Tavour on a limited release Imperial Stout, Chocolate Chip Flapjack Special. We loved it so much that we decided to use the same adjuncts on a blend of our Medianoche base, marrying 20-24 month-old beer aged in 10-year-old Eagle Rare, New Riff Kentucky Straight Bourbon, and 11-year-old Henry McKenna Barrels. This one-of-a-kind barrel blend was then rested on maple syrup, a mixture of cocoa nibs, and Madagascan vanilla beans. This limited-release BA Imperial Stout is only available through our friends at Tavour, so get it while it's hot!

The once strongest beer in the world is back ! Brewed only once a year on December 6. Samichlaus is aged for 10 months before bottling. This beer is perhaps the rarest in the world. Samichlaus may be aged for many years to come. Older vintages become more complex with a creamy warming finish. Serve with hardy robust dishes and desserts, particulary with chocolates, or as an after dinner drink by itself.

Do I Know You is new 15.1% Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout. This double mashed Imperial Stout is incredibly thick and viscous and aged in bourbon barrels for 1 year. We then conditioned it in on chilis, cinnamon, chocolate, coffee and vanilla.
