Say hello to Slice Sipper, our new collaboration beer with Sixpoint Brewery. Slice Sipper, is an easy-drinking, farmhouse ale made with Mike's Hot Honey and hopped with Hallertau Blanc for bright citrus and peppercorn aromas and a touch of mild chili pepper heat with each sip. This collaboration, part of Sixpoint's Beer Is Culture campaign, was born out of a desire to create a beer that pairs perfectly with pizza, a staple of New York food culture. "We set out to create the ultimate beer for sipping with your favorite slice," said Mike's Hot Honey founder, Mike Kurtz. "Coming out of the pandemic, summer 2021 is going to be a special time in NYC and this collaboration was a way for us to bring people together over beer and pizza and celebrate with our community."

This is a unique Fremont project where they use multiple vintages of their Rusty Nail stout blended with a porter. The The Rusty Nail begins life as The First Nail, an oatmeal stout of epic proportions with brewer’s licorice, smoked barley, and pale malt and is then aged on cinnamon bark. She becomes The Rusty Nail after spending 15 months in 12-year old bourbon barrels. Melange gives an opaque pour, black and inky with a large cap of dark mocha-colored head that quickly fizzles away. Pretty strong spice characteristics immediately on the nose, with roast and spirit barrel apparent as well. Notes of cinnamon, chocolate, coffee, brewer licorice, marshmallow and minor impressions of vanilla.

This gem of a barrel-aged stout is bold and dark as a powerless metropolis. It commemorates the infamous blackout of 2003 that left 55 million people utterly unplugged. This stout is completely blackout opaque in color with a nice tan head of fine bubbles that dissipates quickly, leaving just a skim of foam. The aroma is so deep and complex and hits the nose with rich molasses, roasted coffee, a hint of raisin, and syrupy bourbon. This stout is beautifully thick on the palate with flavors that follow its aroma to a "T", with a sweet bourbon bite.

Imperial Stout with White Chocolate, Dark Chocolate, Hazelnut Praline, Mahleb, Cardamom, and Orange Zest Like relics from a forgotten dream we dance within the twilight of a nameless sky. Reveling of our own immortality. Laughing in the face of the never ending. Bathing in the glory of the unknown. May this be our bell to toll. Late last year we were lucky enough to host our friends from @Sevenislandbrewery out of Greece and we conceptualized a new imperial stout offering based on a Greek dessert we shared called tsoureki. A carefully selected blend of 4 imperial stouts tempered down to 13% were conditioned on mountains of white and dark chocolates, house made hazelnut praline and fresh orange zest before being dusted with green cardamom and a mediterranean spice called mahleb made from ground cherry pits. Lost yourself in this luxurious experience of fresh baked pastry dough, stuffed with warming hazelnut and coated in luxurious chocolate topped with candied orange zest.

This super-duper barrel-aged beer delivers bold fruity flavors with deep caramel notes and warming attributes. We aged this beer in a variety of oak bourbon barrels where the alcohol by volume slowly leveled up. Bright carbonation tickles your palate and leaves you with a crisp sherry-like finish. Notes of candy apple, warm sugar, and light spice. Pairs well with a fist full of quarters.
