This brew commemorates Lucy Gonzales Parsons who, according to the Zinn Education Project, was all of today's movements combined 100 years ago: feminist, anti-segregationist, labor organizer and descended from two minorities. Lucia had it all going before any of this was acceptable even separately. Lucia is a very nice dry-hopped Saison with hoppy citrus flavors balanced by a full, smooth breadiness and Belgian spices, which is apparently from the spelt and a little spice from the rye, The strong flavors of orange citrus hit up front and are followed by rich bread malts that mix with clove to evolve into a smooth, bready, full yeasty flavor to clean off the finish.

Hopsurd is a double dry-hopped IPA that pours out with a hazy body, dingy pale orange in color, with a white head that fades to a thin cap and includes a curtain of small bubble lacing. It has a subtle nose of stone fruit, peach and plum, with a pine and mint hop note, and just a hint of dankness. The flavor follows the nose, with a powerful open of fruit and pine, peach foremost with a bit of orange, malt hints through the middle, honey and nectar, and a pith note lending a bit of bitterness in the finish.

Similar to Belgian-style Strong Pales, the Tripel is often characterized by its lighter color, spicy aromatics, and complexity. MFC is an imperial porter aged in rye whiskey & rum barrels and then cozied up with Vietnamese cinnamon and cacao. MFC is the proud winner of a Silver Medal in the 2024 Texas Craft Brewers Cup for the Coffee and Chocolate Beer category. This porter has a strong bourbon barrel aroma with a dark fruit, thanks to aging in Blanton's Bourbon Barrels. Cinnamon gently caresses the entire process. Smooth as silk, soft but not heavy. Finish has all this and the alcohol builds with each sip.

In ancient Irish mythology, there was an all-powerful being they called The Morrigan. Known as the Goddess of War, Fate, and Death, The Morrigan was a shapeshifter who could predict death and topple armies. Once Jameson approached us with the idea of creating a new brew together, we had the perfect beer in mind. The Morrigan is a 12.2%abv blonde barleywine that was aged in Jameson Irish Whiskey barrels for 3 months. The end result is a beautifully boozy ale that boasts strong flavors of rich oak and smooth vanilla. Take caution while sipping this rare nectar and pray the Phantom Queen isn’t watching overhead. As with any barleywine worth its salt, a few sips of The Morrigan may stir feelings of terror and greatness. You may even feel like adopting the Goddess’s penchant for pillaging. We suggest that you spare the neighboring village and opt instead for a round of hurling: the ancient Gaelic game with prehistoric roots, dating back 3000 years. It’s the world’s fastest field sport and requires no protective padding – just your hurley, your sliotar, and your thirst for glory on the battlefield. (Or on the pitch. Same deal.) This blonde barleywine was aged for 3 months in new oak barrels. It's a beast of beer with rich flavor and notes of vanilla.
