Stout with Dried Chile Peppers, Cinnamon, Cacao Nibs, Vanilla Beans and Almonds. We love the spicy-nutty-sweetness of Molé'd Almendrado... but it's a big beer! This one has the same flavors, without all of the strength! Like the original batch, we infused this oatmeal stout with ancho and guajillo peppers for their dried fruit flavor, plus a little Habanero for heat! The warming-spice of cinnamon enhances the chiles. The finish is creamy drinking-chocolate from cacao nibs and Madagascar vanilla beans with house-toasted almonds adding creaminess and nuttiness.

It’s rich, it’s malty, and it’s doggone tasty if we do say so ourselves. See, we brewed Tarnation just for you and your wild bunch to enjoy all year round. It’s made with four different malts, four different hops, and at 9.0% ABV, we’ll be darned if it ain’t one of the highest alcohol recipes ever kicked up with Kölsch yeast. Yep, this one’s so good you’ll be asking yourself… What in Tarnation?!

Bishop’s Barrel No. 26. Simply put, Bishop’s Barrel No. 26 was inspired by coffee cocktails and delicious desserts. The result is an Imperial Porter Aged in Bourbon Barrels with Coffee, Coconut, Vanilla, Orange Peel, and Coriander. Fortis release, we aged our Imperial Porter in Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels for 14 months to provide the essence of whiskey, vanilla, and wood. Toasted coconut flakes add mouthfeel and impressions of sweetness reminiscent of your favorite German chocolate cake. spresso beans provide an added boost of flavor and the subtle use of vanilla, orange peel, and coriander add a nice touch of complexity.

As Bishop of Metz, Saint Arnold spent his life warning of the dangers of drinking water and extolling the virtues of beer. During his funeral, his pallbearers were thirsty and stopped, but they only had one mug to share among them. Then a miracle happened. The mug never ran dry, and all mourners were satisfied.
