Club/Brewer Notes:
A tribute to the heritage and integrity of Czech ingredients and technique, this is Eckhart Beer Company's fifth core beer. Otherwise known as “The Blue One”, because of its label color, it is brewed with a base Continental Pils malt and a touch of Carabohemian, an extended decoction, and hops added at six different points in the brewing process. The color is deep gold, the nose is bready malt with a snoot-full of spicy Sladek hops, and the finish is soft with a lively clean bitterness.

Ossinger, a collaboration with Brewery Novalis, is a Rotbier brewed in the Franconian tradition of southern Germany and named after a hill on the outskirts of Nuremberg. This is our take on the style. Brewed with 100% Proximity malt in the grain bill and hopped gentle during the boil with Spalter Select and Perle, this brilliant red lager has hints of deep red fruits, chocolate, and yet finishes distinctly crisp and clean.

The closest thing to heaven: Benediktiner Festbier is a pleasure to drink thanks to its fine flavor, malty aroma, and intense golden-yellow color. The aromatic profile of Ettal cellar yeast paired with a soft bitterness from the hops makes Benediktiner Festbier a flavor experience. Brewed in Lich in accordance with the original Benedictine recipe for Benediktiner Weissbräu GmbH, Ettal.

Nearly black in color, (512) Pecan Porter is made with Organic US 2-row and Crystal malts along with Baird’s Chocolate and Black malts. Its full body and malty sweetness are balanced with subtle pecan aroma and flavor from locally grown pecans. Yet another true Austin original!

Extremely smooth (especially on Nitro), the Hippy Speedball recipe has been refined to tone down any bitterness or astringency attributed by the roasted malts. The result is a remarkably drinkable stout with a rich flavor profile and coffee aromatics from conditioning on 20lbs of whole bean coffee after fermentation is complete.

Galactic Tornado is one of one of our juiciest double NEIPA’s, this version incorporates Motueka in the whirlpool and is then saturated w/ Citra Incognito in the fermentor. Post fermentation the beer is copiously dry hopped with Motueka & Galaxy and then dosed with GXY Abstrax terpenes, displaying flavors and aromas of pineapple, passionfruit & honeydew melon. It saturates your taste buds with multiple layers of flavor and was the gold medal winner in the 2023 AK Beer Awards Imperial Hazy IPA category!!

It's the chicken, the rice, the soup, and the fortune cookies and that's it. This week's microseasonal release is Chinese Food Mind Games 12 percent ABV - Triple Hazy IPA. Brewed with El Dorado, Citra, and Idaho 7 hops. It's big, boozy, and has some residual sweetness from the high abv. The hop aroma and flavor profile is fantastic. If you love hazy ipas, you will dig it. The brew team knocked it out of the park. Is that a robotic panda? The Martinverse is ever expanding and you never know what character is going to pop up next. He 100% looks like a villain but I guess we have to see how the MHBC lore unfolds. Chinese Food Mind Games follows the Martin House tradition of bringing back a 90’s-2000’s nostalgic scene from a movie and putting a delicious IPA into that can. This of course is from the 2000 epic Dude, Where’s My Car.
