Member Notes:
William: 87; very dark brown, almost murky. Aroma is sweet and roasted, spiced and almost like a dunkelweisen, but with a heavier, sweeter Belgian edge. A little numb on the palate, but still roasted. Somewhat porter-like but with a belgian edge. Eh. - noss
Club & Brewer Notes:
Named in honor of the rare Black Rhino Del would hunt during photo safaris in Kenya. Black Rhino is a dark earthy ale with a hint of Saaz hop spice. A smooth and easy drinking ale that goes well with salty appetizers, musky cheeses, and wild game dishes.
