Club & Brewer Notes:
Frozen Lands DIPA is our first exertion into cold dry-hopping techniques. For this latest edition of our Light Visions Collection we maintained an average dry-hopping schedule of 2 dry-hops during active fermentation, but then added a third dry-hop post-fermentation. Once the beer was cooled to 32F we hit the batch with a heavy dose of highly concentrated Sabro Hops. Juicy, tropical and smooth DIPA with notes of Passionfruit, ripe Peach and a slight pinch of Pine Resin.
